1) Temporal and spatial trends of trees species diversity.
2) Methods in assessing tree species diversity over large areas.
3) Forest resource trends in response to harvesting and regeneration.
4) Development of resampling methods to assess resource trends.
5) Development of randomization sampling methods to assess resource trends.
6) Development of analytical techniques to interrogate large-scale surveys.

Research Interests

Research includes the forest ecology subject area with specific interests in various metrics that define the species diversity, structure, and composition of forest communities.
