KY Daniel Boone Right Fork of Elisha Creek   315 Mature chestnut oak with red maple, sourwood, black oak, scarlet oak, and mockernut hickory. One of the few remaining tracts of mostly mature forest within eastern Kentucky.
KY Daniel Boone Tight Hollow   283 Old growth hemlock; co–national champion bigleaf magnolia (Magnolia macrophylla Michx.). Area consists of several adjacent mesic sanstone gorges. Eclevation vary approx. 340 ft from mouth of the gorge to gorge rim. Contains one of the few remaining uncut stands of forest of yellow–poplar–eastern mesophytic containing a number of T&E flora and fauna within the cliff section of the Appalachian Plateaus.
