Abstract

This paper was given as an introductory presentation to the Formosan subterranean termite technical session at the 2005 American Wood Preserver's Association annual meeting in New Orleans. It provides basic information on current subterranean termite control issues, with particular attention to recent and potential future changes at the Federal and State levels in the regulation of soil applied termiticides.
