The TEXT subdirectory contains the following files:

ATTRIBS.XLS	Microsoft Excel 5.0 spreadsheet 
containing subsection data with the same content and 
order as the INFO file ATTRIBS described in the 
README.TXT file in the COVERAGE subdirectory.

ATTRIBS.DBF	A dBase IV format database file 
containing subsection data with the same content and 
order as the INFO file ATTRIBS described in the 
README.TXT file in the COVERAGE subdirectory. ATTRIBS.DBF 
can be accessed with pc ArcINFO TABLES from the ROOT 
directory by selecting TEXT.ATTRIBS.

SUBDESCR.WP4	A text file in WordPerfect 4.2 format 
containing a narrative description in table layout of the 
subsection units within the eastern USA.  This table was 
the source of information included in the ATTRIBS files 
described above.

SUBDESCR.ASC	A text file in ASCII format containing a 
narrative description in table layout of the subsection 
units within the eastern USA.  This table was the source 
of information included in the ATTRIBS files described 
above.

SUBDESCR.DOC	A text file in MS Word format containing a 
narrative description in table layout of the subsection 
units within the eastern USA.  This table was the source 
of information included in the ATTRIBS files described 
above.
