Abstract:

These data are projections, 1995-2040, of timber growth, removals, and inventory, by species, by year, by Forest Inventory and Analysis Survey Unit (or by Ecoregion), by projection scenario, developed using the Subregional Timber Supply Model. This file repeats the data in SOFRA dataset vol.dbf but reorganized to better support mapping.

Purpose:

To project harvesting, growth, and timber volume in the South for the Southern Forest Resource Assessment.
