FIPS		State and county codes according to Federal Information Processing Standards (National Bureau of Standards 1979)
RPA		Forest Service regions and subregions for the periodic Resources Planning Act assessment.
Mtn		Mountain province where 1=no, 2=yes
Province	numeric code for province
Section		numeric version of section's letter code, where 1=A, 2=B...14=N
Subrgn		a code combining Mtn, Province and section identifiers
Sctnarea	percent of a county's, parish's or city's area represented by the coded ecological section.
Unit		FIA's survey unit number within the state; can be anywhere from 2 to 7 depending on the state
Sdate		year in which county was surveyed by FIA crews
