Current Research:
My current research includes dendrochronology and dendrochemistry of cypress (Taxodium distichum), the effect of vertebrate herbivory on an old-growth bottomland hardwood forest, reproductive biology of pondberry (Lindera melissifolia), reproductive biology of Piper auritum, seedling ecology of Ipomoea pes-caprae, dendrochronology of Fagus Mexicana and Avicennia Germinans.

Collaborative Research:
My collaborative research interests include establishment of and research on Research Natural Areas, plant biodiversity, plant reproductive biology, tropical dendrochronology and ecology.
