Proposal for Station Organization

Based on a careful review of employee comments, the team constructed a “preferred alternative” for organizing the Station to address the challenges outlined in the introduction. This proposal is based largely on Concept B from the original realignment report, but more thoroughly describes how research programs would develop and operate within the new organizational model.
