The following directions are for MS Internet Explorer.  Other web browsers may behave differently.

The best way to save a file is to right-click on the link.  In the pop-up menu choose "Save Target As...".  After the file download process is complete, choose the local directory where you want to save the file, and then click the "Save" button.  

If you left-click on the link, the Adobe file may open inside your browser (see below). To save the file, click on the disk icon next to the red Adobe symbol, and choose the directory you want to save the file in.  But before you click the "Save" button, you must name the file since the name field will be blank (*.pdf).
