Oral Presentations:

Each Speaker will be alloted 30 minutes for his or her presentation.  Speakers should prepare 20-25 minutes of material, allowing at least 5 minutes at the end for questions and discussion.  MicroSoft Powerpoint presentations are the preferred format (USB drive, or CD).  Please let the organizers know if you have any non-standard or special projection needs.

 

Poster Presentations:

Poster dimensions 36” x 48” (w x h, portrait orientation).  The posters will be secured with push-pins.  If you wish to avoid push-pin holes please provide your own materials for securing your poster.
