An update: changes abound in forestry cost-share assistance programs

There have been some major changes in the line-up and funding for federal incentive programs that provide technical and financial assistance to non-industrial private forest (NIPF) landowners since I last reported on this subject ("Sorting Through Cost-Share Assestance Programs," Nov./Dec. 1994 Tree Farmer). The purpose of this article is to bring you up to date on some of those changes.
