Our evaluation covered 21 of Timber Mart-South’s current list of 26 price reporting zones--i.e., excluding Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Arkansas’ region 2, where consistency of reporting was spotty and harvest volumes low. Series covered include pine and mixed hardwood pulpwood and pine sawtimber and both delivered and standing timber (stumpage) prices.
