What workshop(s) would you like to pre-register for? If a workshop is full, you may pre-register and be placed on a waiting list. Check boxes below to select.
Registration is $25.00 per participant per session. Spouse registration is $15 per session and one set of educational materials is provided for the family. Family members desiring two sets of educational materials need to pay $25.00 each per session. Registration deadline is two weeks prior to the session desired. Attendance in at least 3 out of out of the first 5 sessions is required to gruaduate. The August 21 session is free to those who participate in all 5 sessions.
To confirm your pre-registration, please mail your payment and include a list of the workshops you plan to attend to Alice C. Goldstein, 1001 Pisgah Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768. Please make checks payable to "USDA Forest Service". Registration fees should be received ten days prior to the workshop date.

Wildlife and Fire in Your Backyard June 23, 2005--Learn to manage for wildlife and how to reduce the risk of wildfire loss through becoming "Firewise" in your backyard. Woodscaping July 7, 2005--Managing Your forest for the trees. Native Landscaping and Homes in the Forest July 28, 2005--Site planning, design, and an introduction to sustainable landscaping. Playing on Your Land August 11, 2005--Managing your land for recreation. Stewardship of Your Land August 25, 2005--Developing goals and objectives, graduation ceremony and dinner.
