Collaborative
Research
There are many
opportunities at the Santee Experimental Forest for field and
greenhouse research, including plant and ecosystem-wide processes
and functions, forest productivity and management. The Forest
and its facilities are available to qualified scientists and
students for short- and long-term research projects. The research
can be observational or it can include the application of specific
treatments. In addition to the SEF, lands of the surrounding
Francis Marion National Forest are also available for study.
