CBHR's Dr. Paul Hamel, Chairman of el Grupo Cerúleo, accepted the award from Joel Holtrop, Forest Service Deputy Chief, National Forest Systems, during the 73rd North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference on March 27th.
